Kayaking and paddleboardinG
While you’re unlikely to find a completely secret cove or as-yet-undiscovered beach, sea kayaking or paddleboarding around Ibiza is one of the best ways to see parts of the island you wouldn’t otherwise. Try an overnight expedition, where sleeping under the stars follows days spent paddling and dipping in the water.
Cycling and e-biking
Skip the motorway and weave along the sinuous secondary roads on a bicycle or an e-bike. These quieter lanes usually border coastlines, coves, cliffs and villages, making them an ideal way to explore Ibiza’s rich landscape while ensuring plenty of worthy stops along the way.
Outdoor yoga
Breathe deep, bask in nature and begin the day with an outdoor morning yoga session that harnesses the therapeutic power of nature. Whether surrounded by the crackle of cicadas or facing the mesmerising blues of the Mediterranean, al fresco sun salutations will revive and rejuvenate the soul.
Horse riding
Discover the untouched north of the island with Ibiza Horse Valley, a not-for-profit sanctuary for horses saved from abandonment. The horses are rehabilitated and permanently homed, which helps them regain trust and adapt to living as they would in their natural habitat. Take a half day to get to know the herd, connect with a horse, then explore the mountains on horseback.
